Indian Army to 10 stories

 1. Kargil War: The Kargil War of 1999 was fought between India and Pakistan. Indian Army soldiers bravely fought against infiltrators from Pakistan and eventually managed to regain control of the territory.



2. Surgical Strike: In 2016, after a terrorist attack on an Indian Army base in Uri, the Indian Army conducted a surgical strike against terrorist camps across the border in Pakistan.



3. Siachen Glacier: The Indian Army has been guarding the Siachen Glacier since 1984, the highest battlefield in the world. Despite the extreme climate conditions, Indian soldiers continue to protect this vital strategic area.



4. Battle of Longewala: During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, a small Indian Army post in Longewala, Rajasthan was attacked by a large number of Pakistani troops. The Indian soldiers, outnumbered and outgunned, fought bravely and managed to repel the attack.



5. Operation Vijay: In 1961, the Indian Army successfully liberated Goa from Portuguese control in a military operation known as Operation Vijay.



6. The Battle of Saragarhi: In 1897, 21 Sikh soldiers fought against 10,000 Afghan tribesmen in the Battle of Saragarhi. Despite being vastly outnumbered, the soldiers fought valiantly and managed to hold their ground until reinforcements arrived.



7. Indo-China War: In 1962, the Indian Army fought against the Chinese army in a border conflict. Although India suffered a defeat, the bravery and determination of Indian soldiers earned them the respect of the world.



8. Uri Attack: In 2016, terrorists attacked an Indian Army base in Uri, Jammu and Kashmir, killing 19 soldiers. The incident led to a surge of nationalistic sentiments and the Indian Army responded with surgical strikes across the border.



9. Operation Meghdoot: In 1984, the Indian Army captured the Siachen Glacier in Operation Meghdoot. The operation involved Indian soldiers climbing up to the top of the glacier and establishing posts to thwart Pakistani attempts to capture the territory.



10. 1965 Indo-Pak War: In 1965, the Indian Army fought against the Pakistani army in a war that lasted for 17 days. Despite facing tough opposition, Indian soldiers managed to protect the country's borders and prevent any major territorial losses.

HAPPY 72 REPUBLIC DAY

On the occasion  of the 72nd  republic day, it was totally different from last year republic day.

Rafale came in the parade for the first time , Ladakh regiment also participate first time, 

Bangladesh troops joined for the first time

 as this year there is no guest and Britain pm cancelled his visit.
